We will only accept return and refund if the
items are defected/ given wrongly.
For example: You order white, we had given you black by mistake.
Defected items are those with unwashable stains or holes more than 3cm.
( loose threads or sealed button holes are not counted as defect items as all brand new manufactured clothes may have loose threads that can be easily cut off, button holes are easily cut according to one's preference as it is to ensure the item given is brand new)
There will be no refund/ cancel in any order with the following reason
- unable to fit
- change of mind/ do not like the item
-unable to wait (upon order customers had accepted that item is preorder and will be posted out in given time frame, we reserve the right to extend the waiting period until further notice)
- Colour differences (do note that all pictures may have colour differences due to lighting or screen resolution difference between our screen and your screen)
- Subjective opinions on quality (pricing as per quality , a RM35 bag will not be able to feel like a RM100 bag)
- Lost shipment on courier/ Did not receive parcel (tracking shown status delivered) Customer is responsible to check on the tracking number given.
If there is any problem, do let us know within 3 days upon receiving the items and shipped the item back to us within 7 working days after receiving comfirmation from us.
Item shipped back must be unwashed/ tag not removed.
